Humanity is about to step off a sustainability cliff.

We believe that humanity is about to step off a sustainability cliff unless we rapidly transition to sustainable practices — in just about everything we do.

Humanity’s efforts to tackle environmental issues have been hamstrung because we keep trying to solve them using the same thinking that caused them. This has prevented organizations - through which we create most of our impact on the planet – from working together effectively to bring their collective experience, expertise and resources to bear on the problems that matter.   We need to change to a new paradigm on how organizations collaborate and we need to change fast if we are to avert environmental catastrophe.  We call this new paradigm Radical Collaboration because it takes collaboration beyond the constraints of conventional commercial relationships and unites organizations around the achievement of non-financial objectives, and because it aims to achieve results beyond those that could be achieved by each organization acting alone – the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Our values

Connection

Radical Collaboration requires real connection.  We strive to foster authentic human relationships and meaningful connection as the foundation for Radical Collaboration.

Impact

The time for talk has past, we are here to make a measurable difference. We maintain line of sight to outcomes and focus on actions that have impact.

Inclusion

We are all part of the problem, we all need to be part of the solution.  When all voices are heard, our sustainability solutions are better, get implemented faster and are more enduring.

Our team

The Radical Collaboration Institute is the creation of serial entrepreneurs who have already built disruptive and purpose-driven ventures, products, and services in management consulting, project management, risk management, and social impact measurement.

The Institute represents the culmination of our work, bringing together insights, frameworks, principles, processes, and tools that have been developed and proven in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors and focusing them on the challenges of shifting to the  Radical Collaboration paradigm.

Uniting people within and across organizations around non-financial goals and enabling them to collaborate to achieve them has always been at the heart of what we do, as is a relentless focus on outcomes and meaningful, measurable results.
